fIND Your Foil
A foil is a contrasting character who challenges the protagonist, often to reflect and grow. In a team, you might find there’s friction or challenges with other archetypes. But when you learn to work together to your strengths, foils make each other shine.
The Producer and Fixer aren’t exactly foils, but rather too alike–that’s where the challenge comes in! Both styles are prone to pushing themselves hard and burning out. With two hard workers who always jump to be the ones to solve every problem, it’s even easier to pull long hours or take on too much. Be sure to check in on your team and yourselves, take some breaks, and share the responsibility.
